Backup Sismologie Laptop

Service

• Capsule Time Back (like) for laptop backup on sismologic network.
• One backup volume per user : 1TB / user.

Requirements

• Ask your sysadmin for a Capsule-Time-Back space on bigfish (sismologie backup server).
• use sismologic Network (you must use ethernet cable on be on 10.1.5.0 network)

Set it up

• mac users afp way with TimeMachine : if you like the way Apple do it as they want
• Linux/Unix (like) users with rsync/zfs snapshot : if you prefer an other way (or don’t have an Apple computer)
